Timeline and Evaluations
Time dictates the things we do as humans and as educators as well. To successfully evolve and unfold in to our greater purpose we need to measure our growth for context and knowledge. It is the essence of teamwork for individuals, working with their individual gifts and talents, to come together to share and cooperate in order to make the school environment and school a better place to exist within.
Timelines can be effective tools in organizing within learning environments. Timelines are material visions of ideas that are described to guide and help those using these tools on their path to success. Timelines should be explicit and, when accompanied with a responsibility chart, can provide school faculties with useable data and information that reveals how the plan should in fact work out.
